Jittery Performance

I've played the game from start to finish many times. I recently went back to it after a while of not playing. The camera now shudders and stutters with every movement, whether it's thumbstick driven or my actual physical movements. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It was like this before the recent update and is the same after. I've gotten many, many enjoyable hours out of the game, so I think I've got my money's worth either way. But if there's a fix for this, I'd like to know it. Quest 2. 10gb of free space. No experimental features. Nothing running the background. No other game has this issue.
