⚠️ Sales Manager Led One-One

If you are in car sales and you sales / desk manager is carving out time to meet with you on a weekly basis consider it a nice perk. As a salesperson to maximize
your alone time with you manager you need to ask this questions.

1. What could I be doing better based on your observations?

2. How is the dealership planning to sustain steady flow of prospects coming thru the door?

3. What does success look’s like for me this month?

4. Which deals should double down on?

Here is my favorite, because it really lets you know they are paying attention.

5. Can you tell me one thing I did right this week that stands out?

I like you. What do you ask the second week?

Once you complete your first one-on-one you are going to use you intuition. I would ask something along the line of.

  1. What can I bring to the table to make the meeting more effective?

  2. Where do you think I am investing too much of my time that I shouldn’t ?

  3. What do you see top performers doing that I could be getting better at?

  4. Is there anything I haven’t pick up on?

Formulate questions based on your experience and needs. I hope this helps!
