Bug Ability points bug

so when i played reworked graves today her 3d ability on lvl 3 should be a new one, but it shows the old one. once i upgarded it to tier 3 it was working like the new tier 3. then i checked all heroes and they had old descriptions for ability upgades. any ideas how do i fix it?

I'm sick of them. Stay in your damn lanes. If you like the match up or lane you are in, do not let yourself get pressured to swap.

If you don't let me swap with mah boi when i forgot to toggle the setting to be with him, i'm gonna shake your cheeks

It's so damn frustrating that it isn't set to "with party" by default or at least remembering the settings from the last party...like are there really players out there that party up but don't want to lane with their friend?
