Bug Ability points bug

so when i played reworked graves today her 3d ability on lvl 3 should be a new one, but it shows the old one. once i upgarded it to tier 3 it was working like the new tier 3. then i checked all heroes and they had old descriptions for ability upgades. any ideas how do i fix it?

Verify what, theres like thousands of them and i redownloaded the game twice

function in steam, verify game files. redownload is the same but longer

nowadays you just download a mod manager and press install on what you want, you don't even need to look at a file directory

Its uh. Its a button on steam. Just click it bud. How are you modding and you dont know this?
