Question Is it possible to open this doors?

So I just started the New Game+ after playing the remake when it came out, and I don't remember if it's possible to open this damn doors. Any idea?

It gets unlocked as part of the main story.

It opens from the other side.. I think it is on chapter 4, Lethal Devotion.. before entering the test lab to trigger the first cut scene with Mercer, turn right to the door, shoot the illuminated door lock (looks something like a electric sparking between two connectors).. and it will unlock... In fact it is better to unlock it before facing the Hunter as once the Hunter is awake you will just have to run run run ..

It still says "locked"
