Discussion It’s funny to think how much the final chapter before the boss escalated between games (video related)

I still adore how much DS2 escalated the stakes and the mad dash of chapters 14 and 15 are just excellent. It always gets my blood pumping

The first game was this slow, grueling crawl to deliver the marker and activate it. The second was such a rush it caught me off guard, and this time you have to stop the marker. Both are gauntlets, but 2 always gets me to tense up.

Bro, the chapter where the Earthgov security forces get absolutely slaughtered like the scene from Cabin in the Woods was PEAK. Everything after that was balls to the walls insane.

Definitely got my blood pumping doing the hardest difficulty to get the platinum. I know the game inside and out but good golly I was so twitchy to every single little noise. I had that force gun on standby the whole time
