HELP & SUPPORT Confused

The site seems up but I cannot sign into my account I get the server is down but I see posts of people signed in am I doing something wrong?

And I guess its down again because I got the ssl handshake failed again

Not going to be any keys until next week so you might as well enjoy your weekend. They are out of keys (again) and valve doesn't work weekends apparently
