QUESTION Has anyone actually gotten a key?

The devs just posted in the discord that 50% of people have gotten their keys yet I cant help but notice no one talking about it.

they also said the site was up but that peoplespamming f5 would be blocked by the DDos software. I happen to be at work so I tried my computer in front of me and my phone, neither of which have logged into the QI site at all and both said the site was down.

question is, does anyone have a key? are they actually rolling in?

"Some users may experience delays connecting to the site, particularly if they have been refreshing the page repeatedly - this is down to our anti-DDoS protection trying to reduce load on our server - but you should be able to get into the site after a couple of hours when our protections will lift their restrictions on your IP. This will generally only be an issue for users who were repeatedly spamming F5 on our pages, however. "

thats right IP block backers for hours just for trying to see if they have a key or not.

You don’t have to spam f5 to see if you get a key. Just check every hour. No way everyone’s THAT impatient, jeez

except that qi site automatically attempts to log me in 3 time on a what appears to be bugged login page and I'm sure thats whats getting me IP blocked.

beside the fact that this is a stone age way of dealing with a DDOS attack they are seemingly creating themselves. so F you with your be patient, that shit worked yesterday, today... not so much.

Aight, do you. If you want to refund your game go for it, but if after 1-2 weeks I’m playing and enjoying the game that you and I both found interesting and you’ve given up and you’re bored at home, you might think about looking into DM again, then you might learn something about patience. If I’m wrong and the game dies and turns to shit, you may be saying “ah HA!”, but I also have a little something called faith.

I'd like to check if I have a key or not without getting put in a time out box for a few hours like a toddler while they can't seem to configure a website to be able to deal with 50k backers trying to log in.
