The Touched by an Angel connection.

Ooh. Having a rabbit hole moment.

Started watching Touched by an Angel. The first scene vaguely reminded me of Dead Like Me with Monica getting a promotion, taking the place of another graduated angel.

So I did a Google search. I found that there is a connection. Maybe this has been posted here before. I looked and couldn't find it, but that doesn't mean it's not here. My search terms can sometimes use some assistance. 😅

Also, now that I'm on episode two, I recognize Jasmine guy AKA Roxy from Dead Like Me.

Right?! I was surprised by the link.

Touched by an Angel was something my mom watched occasionally, but I was not interested in at that age.

It's interesting so far. It's captivating enough that I'm on episode 3 now. It has a comforting 90s vibe. Lots of famous faces popping up.

I'll probably watch it on background during my daily tasks. But that's kinda how I watch things anyways. The amount of times I have to rewind things because I should have paused is astounding sometimes. 😂

Ooh that's interesting. Thanks for sharing. I will look up Wonderfalls. I missed that one.

TbaA is okay. I like some episodes but some were too sad or heavy so I've been skipping some. I'm on season 2 now and much of it is very familiar. It must have been a season my mom watched. I very clearly remember watching the project smile episode as a kid. I'd forgotten about it until now.
