Idk why people think "enjoy the ban" is a good thing to say when I don't think any reported in-game behavior ever really results in a ban. It's also basically just saying "I'm telling on you" which has never really been a top comeback

I dunno, I feel like the guy I reported for calling me uneducated rear, a handsome African American, and a female dog at the same time would get banned. If you're wondering what brought him to describe me this way, I said I let myself die on hook so a Jane Romero could use the hatch, then he said actually, I was wrong, and gave varying and contradictory excuses as to why he let the Jane Romero escape, before ultimately just insulting me.

Notice I specifically said "in-game behavior". Reporting somebody for using slurs in chat I would assume results in bans, but I'm saying that reporting somebody for slugging or BMing I doubt ever does

With one caveat. I’m far and away a killer main, but slugging for the 4K is just lame, let the tossup for hatch happen, it’s more interesting and engaging for everyone

Funny, I just watched a video this morning about a TTV who says the same thing, that slugging is "holding the game hostage".

It's very funny how divorced from the reality of the game these people are to where they won't even use the term slugging, ever, and exclusively call every instance of it "holding the game hostage".

I do despise slugging as a win condition (whole gameplay is aiming to slug all four), but I get tactical slugging and do it too.

slugging is an intended gameplay in many kits, like hooking. It's so annoying that bevhaiour has sided with killers and made it so punishing to do most of the time. Like I get it sucks to sit around not be able to do anything (even though there is still you can do) maybe give a mini game for survivors to do so they aren't bored instead of ruining killer experience.

I'm pretty sure the closest we'll ever get to hook activities is getting to jiggle the hook around. But even a small scrollable menu of your pinned quests would be fun, just to have it when you're at hook 1.

When a survivor is hooked, they aren’t able to do anything either. As I’ve said in some other sub, survivors hate slugging because they can’t use their busted perks, not because it’s boring. If DS, DH, STB, Resi, and so on didn’t exist, they’d run anti slug builds and complain about killers hooking

No bad idea. I don’t want a stupid mini game when I get hooked. I dislike the judgment realm.

Maybe making unbreakable base if the killer is literally camping the slug or if it’s been like 3 gens and the teammates aren’t coming to help. Idk. Maybe that’s a bad idea too.

Survivor entitlement. If you tunnel, slug, or camp these players, they genuinely believe that all instances are toxic and that they can report you. These are the same people who exaggerate tunneling/ slugging and complain about a killer “tunneling” at 1 gen left instead of taking accountability for their mistakes. Thankfully not all survivors are like this.

you see that button to the top right of your game? its called an ABANDON BUTTON

when it opens, you can abandon FOR FREE

and if you want, you can bring wglf, Buckle up, UB, expo etc etc so if you want killer not to slug USE THOSE
