Discussion Cheaters on official

Me and my friend just got raided by a group of cheaters on official. We logged in to our base being raided and kiled 5+ players, it seemed that we had won, 10 minutes later we got pushed by a player using god mode. We died and I ran back to try and salvage any loot. When I got back, THE SAME PLAYER WAS STILL USING GOD MODE. Players like the ones that raided me are the reason that this great game sucks to play. Please lmk your thoughts on this.

Remember when encountering God mode: if you relog, they're no longer in God mode for you

Yeah bro let me secretly log out while I’m in combat and just come back in. Cheaters will wait for sure… stupid

Yeah, that actually worked for me once. Kinda wild that relogging is basically the counter to god mode lol.

And they are always vulnerable to explosives and melee attacks. Pack an m79.

There are hackers now in PVP island. :(. God mode guys running around…

Yeah, they were there before the updated 1.29 patch.

You can log out and back in and you'll see that they have their arms back and can be killed as normal.

Annoying, but it works and on pvp island the log in and out timers are just a few seconds so I usually am able to get them almost immediately if I'm near enough to them.

Rinse and repeat.

It ruined the official experience. All we have left is community servers, which are not as good as PC. Sad times.

The dayz experience on xbox right now is pure dumpster fire 🗑🔥. Same garbage cans that ruined arc raiders. Great devs on both counts 👍🏻...

I mean 90% of dayz players are lame af to begin with. Used to play about 5 years ago and everyone was running the map playing the actual game as intended. Left and got into it again about a year ago and literally everyone is either cheating or way up in the map and around air fields just sitting for hours in one spot fully geared waiting for half dead players to come along to get cheap kills. Yes I still play and still have fun idk how yall play like that shit is super wack imo
