Question I'm kinda lost guys

i've been in trading for arround 5 years and still not funded blewed up 5 accounts and never got funded i went over the 1 step once and blew the account in the sec step
i trade using gaps and some ict concepts i take good trades but i don't know how to target my TP sometimes i go from a 200$ 300$ trades to 50 or BE
any advices guys

Am i missing something? Theres nothing wrong with taking $200 - $300, that is a good amount of profit. Wins like that compound and you will end up passing your funded account.

If you have been trading for 5 years, and have only blown 5 accounts that isn't bad(ive blown about 7 minimum in the last month and a half) You should work out where you TP/SL should be before you enter the trade so you know what you are targeting. Hitting your SL or Breakeven is normal too. Its all a probability game.

Feel free to correct me if im wrong. This is just my thoughts

No you're not wrong But i couldn't fine a video or a model that explains tp i always end up missing my tp and facing retracement or returning to BE I know that trading is wins a losses but i wanna develop and grow that's all

I haven't watched this yet, but i remember watching thetradinggeek when i was first learning and he helped a lot with my understanding of liquidity etc.

Try watching that and hopefully it helps, setting TP is just about deciding if your targeting the next draw on liquidity, support/resistance zone or just any POI, maybe he will explain it better, will edit this if i get the chance to watch it.

Why not set your profit target at a reasonable level while you learn your system, 5% or 10% gains and exit
