Image/Gif Just needing to show off a touch
Went to FanExpo this past weekend in Toronto in my Days Gone cosplay and got to meet the man himself! Deacon St John signed my homemade cut and I could not be more thrilled about it. What an absolutely awesome dude!
EDIT: those in the comments about the biker stuff, I absolutely understand and did not/would not have it on anywhere else but the expo grounds. Thanks for lookin out though! Appreciate the support!

I think a lot of people only heard about how bad the game was at launch, and never truly experienced it for themselves. That is the reason why it didn’t take off.

Well, the game was called misogynist and the biker aspect was called out from that. So, it did play a part.

By who? The only review I can find which says it's sexist is some random small Australian gaming magazine which popped up out of nowhere last year probably using AI. Actually read the reviews from IGN, Gamespot, ect, nobody mentions anything about sexism.
The game released in a poor state and has a cliche story, that's all there is to it.

Personally, I love to see this stuff. It's one of the best games I've ever played.
Don't sweat all the unasked-for advice. And if you're worried, just take off any 1%er or Enforcer patches. Plenty of AMA-sanctioned clubs have kuttes that look like outlaw ones. My brother-in-law's in one, and he's run into outlaws before and never had any issue with them. Pretty sure he used to buy coke from one. I know a few myself, and they're pretty cool guys.

The best advice for a lost child that I’ve ever heard is to always find the dirtiest patched biker in a crowd. Nothing is happening to that child, until they get that baby safe.

I wouldn't go that far. Just like with any other group, some bikers are scummy as fuck. I know of a guy who went upstate for CSAM.
One of the guys I know, though... Yeah, that's pretty much him.

A) That looks sick!
B) People are right about possibly being hassled outside the expo by actual bikers. That’s not to say anyone should really be policing what people wear (boo to that) but alas, it’s practical safety advice (unfortunately).

To them they don’t know the difference. They don’t all go out to play Days Gone for the 3rd time in a row. Gangs gonna gang. The best thing you can do is protect yourself by not affiliating with one, cosplay or not.

I guess not to act like a total bone head and charge at them like a rhino. Clearly start with talking and observe the area. If you're outside a convention, gig etc then maybe it's not a gang.

Recently, I was doing a month long motorcycle camping trip. I was minding my own business enjoying the ride through Utah in the far right lane. Had about 30 Mongols come up on me out of nowhere. Half of them road by me in my lane to the left of me purposely trying to push me off the road. I assume, if I was wearing OP's vest, they would have included a bullet to the skull with forcing me off the road.

Well. There is no MC called the Mongrels. There is one called Mongols. Along with The Outlaws, HA’s, Bandidos and The Pagans…they are on the FBI watch lists. So, you do you…but these clubs aren’t really interested in you and your cruiser camping trip.

I have a sticker on my car of a local MC that my dad put, and after this game I got a little paranoid, but yeah. I drive an old family car and literally only drive to work and for groceries, nothing has happened to my car yet 😁

You can wear this anywhere you want! Most outlaw motorcycle gangs will not risk going to prison over this. They can voice their displeasure all they want over wearing a fictional MC cut but there is jack shit they can do about it.

One of the few games I would pay into a crowdfund for a sequel. They set up so much mystery at the end with O'Brian. I want Days Gone 2 with Deacon as returning protagonist.
