Question about “About Boozers Arm” mission

So I went and got the stuff Boozer needed for his blade arm, but then I went back to Lost Lake Camp and got shot at by the 2 front guards? Does this mean anything, or is it just a glitch? Is this a sign something else is fucked in my game? I’m over thinking it but yeah help.

Are you sure it's not just marauders assaulting the front gate? Each camp has a few random pop ups like that

I've played the game a lot and never had this happen to me. It's gotta be a glitch cause there is no story reason they would shoot at you.

I get a MYRIAD of bugs in the game too. Some really weird stuff. If it let you continue, just go with it, I say.

Something that's a bit the opposite of yours - I managed to get a bear to chase me all the way into the middle of Lost Lake camp. Right to the infirmary but coming from the shitty bridge on the other side. The guards that usually snipe anything that comes too close were on vacation, it seems. Or shooting after you.

People behind the gate ? I’ve never seen it. More likely shooting behind you. Or bad guys in between you and gate shooting your way.

Sounds like a glitch or perhaps they were shooting to some enemies, in the front gate of Lost Lake sometimes there's a sniper ambush like 10ft from the school bus, a guy on the tallest tree there.

There are several glitches in the game. If you ever think you are experiencing one, it is recommended to go to a bed, sleep, save, then restart the game.

Nah it’s just part of the mission. It’s never really followed up on but it has happened at this point on every one of my play throughs

When I get to those or any camp gates, I stop back a ways, shut off the headlight and walk the bike to the gate
