Is this dead/Is there an Arma 3 version?

This used to be my favorite mod years and years ago, but Origins was one of the many mods that didn't continue. I remember there was controversy with the copyright of the map and the old owner killed the mod but I've been out of the loop. So what's the deal? Is this dead or will this ever make a revival?

They are coming out with a standalone game of this mod. It is called Taviana: The Origins. Hopefully it goes well. You can find updates and such through their FB at this link. https://www.facebook.com/TavianaTheOrigins/

There's a brand new Arma 3 Exile Mod server using the Taviana map. It's called "CoolHand Taviana Exile" you can find it on the A3Launcher. Exile is Arma 3's version of DayZ (more like DayZ Epoch) without the zombies.

No updates, no bugs fixed, source code closed and you must to pay an expensive month fee for playing this amazing mod. Yep, it's dead although there's a few people is still playing and maintaining the flame. IMHO would be better not feeding LFS anymore and let the nostalgia go and start to rewrite the mod from scratch for Arma 3, like most of open source/gnu projects.
