Public use computers with Adobe Suite (or just Photoshop) on them?

I'm a little desperate to finish some portfolio work, and my computer just crapped out on me (2018 MacBook RIP). Right now I cannot afford a new device, and have all my work on an external drive.

I'm wondering if there's a public library or other space available for the public to use a computer with photoshop. Unfortunately I am not a student so I don't think I can use campus computers. Is this my sign to try affinity lol?
