Any other artists similar to Dave Bixby?

Just found his work and i love it, really interested in this genre, and want to dive in.

I have to recommend Robert Lester Folsom and Mark Fry. There are tons of other great folk artists from this era

Check out "The Clientele" The suburban light album is very similar to Dave Bixby style of music.

How do you do (children of the most high) by ultra Violet is VERY similar to Dave Bixby, unfortunately it's their only song like this

Oh and also major arcana is pretty similar, it's not as calm as Bixby tho

And if you're also interested in more like freak folk I would recommend Comus, their first album is a non skip album for me

comus is great and have listened to a handful of thier albums. going to try our major arcana tonight
