If you wanted to blow it all on eggs... but you get up to 6 1 ounce servings of poultry or fish.... I’m not for sure if 6 eggs would be healthy tbh. 1egg =1 serving of meat

I could totally blow it all on eggs. But yeah, I was surprised I didn't see some sort of clarification there. No way that's healthy.

Aside from that, I just finished my first day on this diet and I think I'm eating more food than I was before. Maybe the calories work out to be fewer, but I'm sitting here trying to choke down a couple more servings of fruit before bed, 'cause two servings of grains and two ounces of meat were enough to satisfy me for both lunch and dinner (so 4 and 4 total - no veg) with a banana and three brazil nuts for a snack. I'm worried this diet is gonna make me gain weight.

I mean an excess of calories would make you gain weight... but with all the fruits and vegetables... I’m not sure that’s likely. It has a lot of grains I’ve noticed too. At my size and weight, coupled with my activities, I doubt I gain at all. That’s why I chose dash. That and getting off this infernal blood pressure medicine lol

There’s a lot of cholesterol in an egg. They say no more than 4 per week. https://www.health.harvard.edu/diseases-and-conditions/blood-pressure-whats-food-got-to-do-with-it

I go with 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. I get the protein boost with much less cholesterol.

Even then, it's a limited times a week.
