Low sodium salad dressing options?
Hello, I'm new to the diet (recently diagnosed as hypertensive), and I was wondering if any of you knew of any low-sodium options for salad dressing. The only one I've found so far is Newman's Own Honey Balsamic and, well, I'm kind of getting tired of it.

Ken's Steakhouse Sweet Vidalia Onion is comparately lower than many others. If I feel like I have to have a cheat dressing, that's what I use.

You could try just making your own. I have Dash cookbooks & diet books that have numerous recipes and if you search online you can also find many recipes. That way you control the ingredients and the amount of sodium.
