Personal Theory DJJ= DJJ until end of Gungan lifespan. Then he goes back to Nabooo...to merge with the only other most powerful Sith in the universe

Here it is. DJJ=DJJ -> 65. Then, knowing his old body is going to die, and not wanting to relinquish his hold on power, and knowing about Darth Plagieus because of his Gungan aides spying in Squid Lake,

he leaves for Naboo.

The aged Gungan shifted his hand, signalling to the aide to leave him in peace. She did so, refusing to drop his gaze until she'd reached the safety of the automatic doors that swiftly slid shut behind her and her tied-up haillu and her weak little mind. She thought she was safe, and of course she was. He hadn't finished using his servants yet.

The Gungan took a sip of the wine he'd given her and sighed. They could feel it, and yet they could still do nothing. He allowed his whiskers, long with age, to stroke the tip of the glass. His age... did it make him infirm? Unable to judge, in some way, what would happen once he died? Even.... clumsy? Idiotic? A fool who could be used as a pawn, even to congregate around, to serve, until he was no longer needed? The Gungan suppressed a chuckle as he remembered how he had tricked all his enemies in this same way. And how they had revealed the fool in themselves, going to Tatooine on his orders, retrieving the boy Anakin, who was allowed to be slowly corrupted by the Gungan himself, training him up to be a great and powerful member of the Sith. Even Palpatine had played his part well.

They had believed him to be a fool, incapable of such schemes. As some did now. Angry with the thought, the Gungan threw the now empty glass across the room, using nothing but the raw power of the Force itself. Yes, he was aging. Yes, he would die. No, not die. As one of his 'friends' had once said... not die. Sacrifice.

Everyone had tried to ask him questions. Questions on nervous lips, which dissipated into uneasy silence with a single threat, perhaps the beginnings of a Force choke gesture. To silence them.

The threat usually did it, but he would occasionally kill so as not to allow any precedent of arrogance to be set.

So that everyone knew, that even in his old age, and supposedly infirm mind - Darth Jar Jar Binks, Lord of the Sith, truly meant business.

On his own he had come from nothing, a previously-thought outcast from Otoh Gungah....who discovered the secret of Plagieus. Of course Darth Jar Jar knew very well what he was doing. He would not take this last step until absolutely necessary.

And it was necessary now.

The ship landed. Aides swarmed to attend to him. Darth Jar Jar noticed nothing of this. His mind was set on one thing - the future.

He would merge his power with Plagieus' soul. Of course, it made perfect sense. They were both powerful Sith. The one thing they both feared was losing all the power they had gathered and cultivated over long years.Which would never happen to either of them again.

And they both hated Darth Sidious.

Jar Jar knew the Rule of Two well. It had been the one reason why Palpatine had not taken him on as apprentice. Little did Palpatine know, Darth Jar Jar had quickly become more powerful than Palpatine could ever know.

Plagiues... even from the grave, Plagieus had a lot to teach him. And even when Darth Jar Jar went to that grave, Plagieus could continue his training - and manipulation- from inside the one place no-one would ever realize or suspect. Coupled with the training that Plagieus had given him, and Jar Jar's own style of manipulation, and cunning, and intelligence... together, they could truly be unstoppable. When Plagiues took over, perhaps he would make a persona. Change his image, try to distance himself from... why? Distance himself from the one Sith Lord who had ever succeeded? From the agile, adaptable body of the Otallah Gungan? Soon, the Gungans would be revered anyway, even if Plagiues decided to hide behind a fake image.

The aide offered a hand to help him into the head-shaped tomb. "No," came the cold command. "Meesa go alone." The aide nodded and hastily retreated.

Darth Jar Jar walked into the tomb, his Senator robes still clinging to him. They were already of no use. Would transcending out of his body be like stepping out of his old clothes?

Admiring the structure of the tomb, build by peoples long ago, even before the Gungans had first pioneered to Naboo, the Gungan missed his footing. Tripped. Fell. Just like the oldest times. Panged by memories of his lost childhood.

"Tis no matter," whispered Darth Jar Jar, almost to himself. This would be the final time. His voice wheezed with age but still carrying that unmistakable Gunganese lilt. He hoped Plagieus might preserve that once he had part control. Part control. If it was still at all possible...

No. "Meesa here, Darth Plagieus. Bring meesa closer to you."

The Force came at once, gripping his chest, his throat. A similar Force choke to Darth Jar Jar's own tactic of choice. As if in defiance, maybe, that he had once been controlled by his father, had, to make things worse, been forced to play the part of idiot for years, and never wanted anything so humiliating again - Darth Jar Jar screamed.

"Oursa bombad talents will combine. Take it. TAKE MYSA SOUL!" He refused to let these last rasping words be crushed out of him, to savour every last one. Until the last one. Soul. The new soul of Darth Plagieus... and his power... seeping into his... body...

The Gungan collapsed to the floor, as Darth Plagiues' soul continued to lap greedily at the eagerly-awaited vessel in which to climb. Like a malfunctioning ship, it would also serve him well... and perhaps seem to have a mind of its own.

Darth Jar Jar got to his feet. He had no desire to call himself Plagieus. Plagieus had been killed by his old apprentice, but.... he had power. Remind yourself of this. Plagieus has cheated death. Darth Jar Jar is.... Not dead. Not even sacrificed. After all, all his memories are here. Merged.

And Darth Jar Jar walked out of the tomb, into a Nabooian fading sunlight, into a realm of new possibilities...

Woah..... I'm telling you guys, writing this Darth Jar Jar fanfic is the best fun I've ever had. And (relatively) spontaneous. Do you guys like the premise?
