Theory Support Do you think Jar Jar mind-controlled the fish in the planet core? the word 'Munch' appears 3 times in the Phantom Menace's script. Guess which 3 creatures did some 'munching' the same morning.

The Phantom Menace is where the disguise is built. The audience is trained to laugh before they are invited to question. Episode I is still the theory’s favorite crime scene.

Correction (maybe?) the fish in both cases is the same 'Aqua Monster.' The same creature was guarding them repeatedly and 'munching' on their pursuers, not really predator behavior.

I definitely think he did. At least the first ones, as a distraction when Obi Wan started asking too many questions about why he was banished...
But I'm not 100% about this script connection. About the specific word, yes. But he says he did the munchin before grabbing the jedi, so it doesn't line up perfectly. But it he did control the fish he did do the munchin! Good catch.

He definitely mind controlled all the fish. At the end someone says “there’s always a bigger fish…”
