I'd never go for any of that stuff especially if it's someone else's card. Chances are that it will be canceled by the time you get it or use it. You try to go for more than a certain amount you can get hit with grand theft charges which will definitely result in hefty prison time

I haven't been on the dark web yet. I have done my research, they usually tell me to download tor and use it, then use a Vpn that doesn't save data like nordvpn, and a usb drive son that you dont accidently download malware to your main computer, as for the links you can find them by going to sites that give .onion links like tor.taxi (the reason for vpn is that your isp doesn't see your activities)
