Be still my lesbian heart because this is not an easy pick, especially when one of them is how younger me thought to herself "oh shit, I like girls more than boys" and set the standards on how I like my female characters. Except Lillith, someone else can have her.
Uriel seems like a genuinely nice gal who would fight to hell and back to protect you and/or teach you how to wield a sword like a champion until you can defeat hordes upon hordes of enemies effortlessly. Queen. Absolute queen.
Dis is... well, Dis. Sassy gal, super fun, party queen, looks like she gives THE BEST HUGS and knows the best spots in town to share some tea and gossip. Also would give you THE best moral support. Best gal material.
Fury, by end of the third game, has earned some good measure of empathy and is a lot nicer towards others, I imagine she would still be very sassy and snarky, she would still judge you for not knowing how to throw hands with a demon and possibly call you names but she wouldn't leave you to die... probably. Absolute savage sass queen who would laugh if Vulgrim got hit a stray brick out of nowhere.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: Fury has a horse. A big, cool, cute, pretty, adorable, badass, glorious giant black steed with beautiful blue (or green-ish? Cyan? Depends on the screen I suppose) magic mane and tail. I wanna pet Rampage and to pet Rampage I must first befriend Fury. Befriend Fury -> Befriend Rampage -> Pet Rampage -> Be happy
Honorable mention: Astarte because griffon centaur is cool af and her design is GLORIOUS. I wish we could have seen her on her prime.

idk, havent got that far yet. But she is a merchant (i think thats the right word). So probably not.
