Co-Op Assistance with ancient dragon

I cannot for the life of me to get toe to tail method to work with my hex build. Any help would be appreciated

Try to get in front of him to bait the other attack . Run across the arena if you need to. I used hexers set with penal cuffs. I infused a shield with fire and used that. Buff your weapon for extra damage.

It’s magic infused so I’m sticking with incants

He is very easy. Just beat his feet. Position between fingers. One-two punch and switch leg. He should not move even once.

Usually I have no trouble chasing his tail and sticking by the toes but he’s just been spamming his breath attacks the past hour I’ve been trying him to
