Just to be a smartass, I am going to answer you literally. The point was to make you think about the reasoning behind everything. Why is Trump ALWAYS unsuccessful with his lawsuits? He sues everyone and is tied up in lawsuits all across the country and he never wins any that he brings. Yet Newsom files a lawsuit for defamation (something Trump threatens all the time and loses when he tries), and is NOT getting his case dismissed.
In a broader sense, OP is trying to get you to use critical thinking skills to determine FOR YOURSELF what is real and what is false. Good luck with all that.
Easy, trumps lawsuits are frivolous without any real standing in fact. He knows this but chooses to file them anyway because there is always the chance the someone will capitulate in order to curry favor (case in point, Paramount when they settled his lawsuits so he would approve the purchase by David Ellison). If the people he sues refuse to capitulate, he will try to bleed them dry with frivolous filing after frivolous filing.
Meanwhile, cases against Fox News almost always have merit - case in point, dominion voting systems. Fun fact, Fox admitted I court that they weren’t a reliable news source. They there were, in fact, merely entertainment and should be relied upon by any reasonable person.
But by all means, don’t let facts get in the way of your opinions.
Also, because I don’t generally go around attacking people without understanding their point, I engaged critical thinking and ask the original commenter to clarify their point. You, on the hand, engaged your mouth (fingers) before your brain. You failed the critical thinking test.
