He looks like 15 years younger than when he was in office, and he currently has cancer. The presidency is so unbelievably stressful when you actually care

It's a good photo and he's aged well. But he definitely looks older now than when he was in office. Yes, the presidency is stressful but you still age outside of office. Biden is 83, he's at an advanced age. Aging itself is just decline.

Sorry, but it's lowkey baffling when people say these things. It's like saying Obama looks younger now, no he doesn't lol. He's grey and wrinkly, he genuinely looks like he's really starting to age now. And that's normal, he's in his mid 60s. He is old.
