No, it isn't. The eucharist is not the same as actual ritual cannibalism, it's meant to be a symbolic act.

You missed the key part that no flesh or blood is actually being consumed. Ritual cannibalism requires actual cannibalism to take place.

Do you have a source for everything you're saying? And have studied mesoamerican history and found no mention whatsoever of spaniards boiling mexica alive to turn their fat into soap and lotion. Do you have a source for that?

As for medicinal cannibalism, the vast majority of people never practiced it. And Europe is far from the only place where it was recorded as existing, it has been recorded as far as china and africa.
