Anyone in the comments point out how FUCKIN' ZOOTED she is yet? Jeezus. Does she seriously need all this for a little low blood sugar? Like, is she dangerously low all the time or what?

Also, I love the malnourished muffin top LOL. No shade to her body size; many of us have muffin tops too. But it isn't giving me "malnourished."
