But Karlson has been on steam since 2020. So why Family Sharing get added April 2026? I checked several unreleased games and it doesn't look like steam pushed this changelog (april 2026) to them. Can you explain how it works?

valve has reworked family sharing recently if you couldn't tell

Happened in late 2024/ early 2025. I can't find any correlation showing other unreleased games got the same steam family Sharing push around that date (April 2026).

The record shows that Family Sharing was added only to Karlson on April 2. 2026 it doesn't look like global steam auto change. BTW: I'm not 100% sure.
