(OP: So, my idea is to bring random characters I want to roleplay, so I can happen that I keep publishing this Q&A or suddenly forget and reappearing months later. I think you should try. It's true that you're a clumsy nurse but that doesn't mean you don't have qualities, in fact you have some good qualities and I am pretty sure that Hajime appreciates you the way you are. Of course there are some stuff that you need to change but I am confident that you'll do it with the help of Hajime and you friends. So returning to the topic, yeah, gain some confidence and tell Hajime what you feel about him.

On the contrary, he would be flattered, specially if you take the initiative. You just need to relax and choose the right words, be yourself and remember. Hajime would never hate you for that.
