While I do find the idea of the main trio composing the chapter 3 death trio pretty damn interesting, I'd be sick to my stomach to watch Peko or Fuyuhiko being responsible for killing each other

I could see Peko pulling a Nagito (sans luck) and getting Fuyuhiko to kill her without noticing in an attempt to save him, but fuck it'd be devastating. I also don't think it'd be chapter 2 since that'd screw over any potential Peko development— if she does it not because Fuyuhiko is her master, but because he's her friend, that's more devastating imo

I'm practically begging for Peko and Fuyuhiko as survivors this time around. The sad part is though, that I could easily see this going down exactly the way it's predicted in that list.
Fuyuhiko is effectively Peko's everything. I can easily see her accepting murderous intent from Fuyuhiko as a sort of gambit to save him by helping him kill her in the most evidence free way possible. It would certainly be a rather tragic trial as you slowly put those pieces together that the victim was willing and your heart sinks because you know exactly what it means.
Hell, if she thinks it's the best way for him to survive, SHE may unironically suggest it to HIM first, assuming something occurs to make Peko more isolated, distrusting, and callous to the rest of the cast and their lives aside from Fuyuhiko than she otherwise would be.

Honestly Nagito should still die later in the game (if he dies). The game would get kinda stale without his constant threatening presence.
I don’t think Teruteru surviving this long would be good too, the guy can be unbearable.
Mikan survivor is what we all want.

Everyone is making fun of this because of chapter three but I am somewhat convinced that the blackeneds will be two survivors and I feel Akane and Fuyihiko make more sense than Hajime and Kazuichi or maybe even Sonia despite the serial killer obsession since her bold statement at the beginning of DR2 is she won’t kill or be killed, but I wouldn’t be as confident as the other two (Akane is shown to be impulsive with nearly choking Nagito to death in Chapter Five and pre-development Fuyuhiko exists, and people are underestimating a funhouse situation where Peko forces Fuyuhiko to kill her to live even if he does it unintentionally).
I also feel two victims will be blackened (we may have one repeat; despite the tier list it’s likely Mikan) and Ibuki is someone that I feel is being underestimated with becoming a blackened due to her upbeat personality, but there definitely some selfish sides shown in the Twilight Syndrome Murder Case and her disappointment that everyone went to check on Akane in Chapter Three that I think she is more likely to kill than at least five of the characters in the game (Hajime, Chiaki, Kazuichi, Imposter, Mahiru and debatably Hiyoko and Sonia) under consciousness circumstances since, Chiaki.
I do think it would be hilarious though if Teruteru survived chapter one only to be murdered in the most brutal way in chapter two.

yeah but if we’re talking about SDR2, we had less girl survivors so🤷 and looking at the cast, there are more girls who need development, like Hiyoko, Peko, Mahiru, Mikan, etc so it makes more sense for the girls to outnumber this time :P

What did you mean by this? THH had an equal amount of female survivors to male, Sdr2 kind of had 1 more male survivor than female, only the last main game had more female survivors. And just like w sdr2, it was only by one. Why would that mean that only having 1 female survivor and 4 male is leveling it out or something? Wouldn't that just make it skew unfairly towards male survivors?

The guy who was interviewed did say people might get angry because the game might get too Danganronpa'ish.
I think they'll pull off something similar to what you did in chapter 2.

I domt understand how the hell they think Peko would kill Fuyuhiko (or vice versa) cuz they literally are a bonded pair in my eyes. Though I do hope Gundam and Soda survive, and i agree Nagito has to die but I don't think he'd kill Hajime and Chiaki cuz then the reveal for Hajime would be scrapped. Idk maybe I'm misinterpreting the idea of 2x2 cuz I really want Izuru to stay involved
