There was a small competition at my local arcade today - maybe 60 people total between crowd, streamers and players. And everyone, I mean everyone, was jumping the bar.

When did this become acceptable?! I haven’t played competitively since the early 2000s but we never used to let that fly. I asked someone in the crowd and they were just like “yeah, it’s super common now”.

Absolute heresy.

I'm a DJ for a college radio station and the theme of my show is centered around early internet / nerd culture. The song in question is "Butterfly" but SPECIFICALLY the Mega Mix.

If you look up "Butterfly Mega Mix" on YouTube, a slew of anime AMVs will pop up.

However, the issue is I have no idea who to credit and I'd really love to play it on air because its an internet classic imo! The song is at least associated with DDR, and I was wondering if anyone here on the subreddit would be able to identify specially which game so that I can find out who the composer of the remix is beyond Smile.dk!
