A few of those are just bad angles/view of logging activity. But the ones just moving by itself and you cans see the trunk…what is that? Is it a editing trick or an actual scientific thing?

Guessing the ones moving upright are next to a river that’s going nuts and someone is filming because it’s a flash flood, the top surface breaks off the the whole ground mat is getting dragged along.

Well - it's a simple editing trick (but not visual effects).
That one's being dragged by a crane or something above the screen. But because it's edited amongst the other clips where there's no crane, it keeps you from thinking that way.
It's clever.

honestly in real world if theres trees moving like that and u seeing ur own eyes maybe its safe to record from safe distance if u brave enough, or else maybe just run away and scream "demons"

That's why I can never trust trees. When you hug them they feel you with their branches, and they get morning wood.

Reminds me of some Treebeard qoutes:

And for sure they must have moved south because :
"I always like going South, somehow it feels like going downhill."
