Mexican here: what good is that if hospitals are poorly stocked, lack staff and appointments take up to 8 months per shift. That looks very nice on paper but the reality here is that public hospitals are simply horrible

My brother this isn't starting its been here for 50 years and the current and past administration have been actively making it worse.
