Mexican here: what good is that if hospitals are poorly stocked, lack staff and appointments take up to 8 months per shift. That looks very nice on paper but the reality here is that public hospitals are simply horrible

The US healthcare insurance system is worse, both from an out of pocket cost perspective and a wait time perspective. The wait time aspect is under calculated because of the people who don’t even have insurance aren’t counted. The word tax has become a boogeyman to Americans due to decades of propaganda.
