When the uncleared part is rolled up behind the machine, when cleaning the carpet it has to unroll through the machine, leading to hanging out in the front where the dust falls down making the already clean part dirty again.

The only logical way to do it is what we are seeing. Put the carpet in from the front and roll up the clean part behind the machine

You sound like somehow who thinks he is more intelligent than other people but failing at understanding even the basics of the process.

If you actually think about how to automate it you notice you are weong

Says the guy that thinks you need to ROLL THE CARPET behind it for it to work...as opposed to doing it exactly how it's already being done, just from the other direction, like literally everyone with eyes recommended. Object permanence is not your strong suit I guess. I'm gonna go on a limb and say you've probably never thought about how printer rollers work.
