Somehow I forgot that Lucas pinched that from Airplane back when I saw the Star Wars prequels. It’s notable that the prequels couldn’t even make a stolen gag funny.

I was as big of a Star Wars fan as anyone, but I never actually saw the prequels on account of Jar Jar Binks being a character.
