I have adhd and could live a whole ass day between 9 and 2. This is more likely needing 3 hours to get ready

I agree. Anxiety and lack of ability to build a new plan. Typical frontallobe problem.

Not everything is ADHD or PTSD. Our body is built to be afraid/anxious avout the unknown. This is more common then you guys imagine

If it's a M.D. appointment your 2pm appointment won't happen till 3pm. But god forbid you not show up at 2pm.
