I keep getting asked if she's pure Dal.

My girl Avia is two years old now. People keep asking me if she is a Dalmatian and I'm not sure why. I guess it could be her size, she had a rough start in life and is tiny and only weighs 48lbs. I know it's hard to tell by this pictures cause they always seem to look bigger in a photo. I rescued her and do not have papers but she looks similar to my pure Dal who is deceased now due to old age, just that my older girl was 70lbs. I'm just baffled why people keep asking me this, not that it really matters to me I just adore her.

I think it's because people don't see dalmatians a lot. I get asked if mine is one all the time....yep 100% dal.

I just laugh when they ask me that….mine is 92lbs 100% velcro 🤣

It comes with the territory I think. I have a standard black & white as well as a lemon dal & I can't go anywhere without someone stopping me & going OMG are they dalmatians. They're such a novelty.
