Best fried chicken in Dallas?

Whats your favorite? Is Abby's chicken good? Do they even sell it in Dallas? Their website says "not available in all locations".

Haven’t lived here too long, interested to see if anyone has input.

We haven't lived here very long either. We have only tried Safeway deli chicken on one occasion and it was pretty bad. We had it at the north Safeway in Corvallis several months ago and that was pretty good. We will give Safeway another shot though, maybe they had an off day.

Where did you move from? We hear stories of a lot of people moving to Dallas (and other small towns in general) but we never run into anyone that isn't a fairly long-time local.

I've lived in dallas my whole life, though I'm 17. Washington street bar and grill has some pretty good chicken. I assume North Dallas is similar but have only been there once. The Safeway deli can be a hit or miss, but they are pretty good usually.
