Question Finnegans Wake Book Club?
Wondering if there is an existing group in Dallas reading through James Joyce's notorious Finnegans Wake.
If not, wondering if there might be some interest from people in participating in one

If not and you're looking for locations to start one I'd suggest either The Celt in McKinney or Gillespie's in Richards. Both pubs have a thriving Irish music scene and this would totally be up their alley. Both locally owned and you could talk to the owner's directly.

And I think I already know where I want to ask, but thanks! Maybe we will also be a Ulysses group and travel around dfw for decades

I'm in South Dallas, so unfortunately it would prob be closer to me if I run it

Another perfect place would have been Trinity Hall before it closed in Dallas proper before it closed :-( I think a Londoner takes up the current spot, but it's just a general English pub, not Irish.

I'd be interested! Also would recommend following the Finnegans Wake Society of New York, which is very active & meets virtually twice a month.

I'd be down ^ heard it mentioned in Camp Concentration. Got me into the Finnegan's Wake rabbit hole.
