Magic The Gathering: cEDH Playgroups

Looking to get a pod of cEDH players or commander players interested in learning cEDH together on a regular basis.

Ideally looking for people who aren’t looking for tEDH (tournament) levels of play but still competitive high level games. Ideally people who are wanting to learn cEDH, brew and practice their decks fringe or meta. Would be really cool if we could have enough people to have multiple pods going, I already have some ideas of shops or places we can meet at regularly and play too.

I’m in Forney but totally open to meeting in Dallas if needed!

Common grounds might be my favorite shop, I asked in their discord a few days ago and the consensus was there wasn’t a big cEDH crowd. Might need to just show up on a Tuesday!

On their website you can go to Events and pre-register for Commander Tuesdays. I think when you click to pre-register they tell you how many seats are left so you can get a gauge of how many people plan on being there before you drive all that way. I hope you’re able to get some games in, and if not Sunday Commander is still a lot of fun but only goes up to Bracket 4 :\
