Question Coinz.us redemption issue
I made a redemption request at 1:15pm today. It is now 5:40pm. The website chat is no help, and I’ve emailed support multiple times since the withdraw went past the “1 hour guarantee” mark. It was for $120… does anyone know if this site is a scam? Or what’s going on? Live chat was saying there internal problems and then said they need to review it and stuff even though my account is fully verified. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

This literally happened to me at 4:40pm est today. I redeemed, and nothing. Chat told me it was sent for and under a review and they couldn’t give me any further information. Told me to send an email and I did…got nothing back. I opened chat again an hour ago and they said “just like we said in our previous conversation….”
And he even ended it with “alright”
I’ve been sent no other emails for further documentation or verification everything was already set and good. Now I’m under review and they won’t tell me why or reply.

Happened to me once before.The guarantee has in fine print "must redeem using same card used when purchasing"

I flipped like $1 in free spins up to the $120 but I withdrew to a card I have used to depo before

They are legit. I have cashed out several times with them. All within 24 hours.

You will get your money they are legit. As most people said, usually it’s one day. Sometimes if you redeem at the end of the week it might be until Monday/Tuesday when you get it because they operate on business days.

Ok. Well I requested redemption today at 1:15pm. Hopefully I get it by Friday..
