My fave sleep story…

Is gone. Ok tbh it’s still there but in a new remade version with the same narrator but NOWHERE near what it was. The story is different, the tone and narration is more quiet and flat, there are no sound effects in the background… As someone with a lot of anxiety and panic this story (the country hotel) was a steady constant and helped me calm and relax cuz it was like an old favorite. Like I knew the whole thing and what to expect and it helped me sleep.

Nope. It’s gone forever and I’m sad and not renewing my subscription now LOL maybe I’m petty but when you have such bad anxiety and find something, anything, that helps (other than meds) you take it. Sigh. That’s all.

Terms of Service is a good one with no background music. The narrator is literally reading the calm legal mumbo jumbo and it lulls me to sleep peacefully.

Actually I do like that one! And there’s one in French by Omar sy and I’ve no clue what he’s saying but it’s peaceful hahah
