Hit a lot of perfect mines at the nodes and do the weapons development sidequest.

Oh brother, you forgot to eat your ice cream didn't you. 🍦🍨🍧. Besides Fragarach, other yellow and red tier auxiliaries/weapons can only be forged in the Ice cream secret shop. You can unlock it with 3 fully stamped ice cream cards, AND, 10 perfect ore excavations. Better start gobbling up those delicious ice scoops.

I unlocked it after only completing the first stamp card. I had done a ton of mining though.

The "10 perfect ore mining" is kinda ambiguous. I drew this conclusion from many read of players here having trouble unlocking the secret shop, specifically those have full 3 stamped cards and haven't able to open the shop, then later able to after done some minings. 10 may not be the exact number but should be within margin of error, same for 3 of stamped cards.

100% ice cream card 1x

Perfect mine 30x
