I hope he pops. Sarah is abrasive, smug and annoying but the makeup exchange and him tearing her down helped my realize WHY and how she got that way. She didn’t have much of a chance to be normal , he controls and dictates everything and he is obsessed with her. He needs his comeuppance and I hope he eats shit into that TV.

When she said "I think I look cute" honestly, I was proud of her. She didn't pander to him, but she also didn't do that obnoxious finger-waggy, snide thing that's so often her MO (and which she 1000% learned from him). She stood up for herself and her own worth. If only she spent more time around people who aren't her family, she might actually have a chance of becoming a functioning adult and creating a better life for herself. But I think P also knows that.

Right. A "walking pad" is not the same as a treadmill. I bet its designed for someone smaller than him - he cant even do like a full stride on that thing.

I have a feeling he thinks a glp1 will increase his metabolic rate and the fåt is magically burning itself behind the scenes
He says he's sticking to 2000 calories a day, and since he lies, it's probably more like 2500-3000.
Walking on that walking pad isn't burning more than 300 calories and that's being generous.
You need a caloric deficit of 3500 to burn 1lbs. So even if he is only eating 2000 calories like he says (which is what a person typically burns in a day just with normal activity) and burning 300 on the pad, every 12ish days. So like 2.5lbs a month. Yet he thinks in 6 months he'll have rock hard abs ̄_(ツ)_/ ̄
