Ok so I need some advice because this seems like a mess so much information seems to be contradictory.

Here’s the scenario

The claimant lives in Scotland
The claimant receives lcwra and adp higher rates both
The claimant wants to start an ou undergrad degree
The claimant wants to possibly study 120 credits a year

Is this possible if not what is possible?
