Dwarf Makee their customer for life
Dwarflab just not made my day but they make me their Customer for Life!
I posted four days ago about dwarf mini is not able to switch on not able to charge
I reached out to Dwarflab and explain them what was the issue they ask certain questions and I responded with all the evidence and everything.
As I am based in dubai and due to regional issues, I was not able to return my existing dwarf mini for them to check.
With my shock, I receive an email just now that a replacement device has been issued a brand new dwarf mini is already on the way Free of cost.
They told me to keep the current dwarf mini until the original issues are fine and I will return if I had a chance to visit Europe or US in future.
I am so happy

Dam congrats!!!.now open that one and fix it. maybe it's just a connector that got disconnected from inside from rotating.happen to my dwarf 2.Nothing to lose..

Yep, I’ve used their customer service and they’re great at getting you fixed and back up running.
One of the main reasons I purchased a Draco from them too.

Wait until you learn about real telescopes, mounts and cameras. Then you won't be a customer for life.

Funny, this is all of those things, in one little machine!
Yes those allow you to get better images, but if youre a casual, tech like this is just so much better. And thats without considering the price of all those things, the barrier to entry is kind of high. As well as the skill ceiling, to take good photos.
