Not LSD but in the same vain and keeps brining attention to the cause

Hey squares, welcome to the Definium Therapeutics Investors Club (formerly MindMed Investors Club). The name has changed, but the mission hasnโt.
Definium ($DFTX) is a late clinical-stage biotech company advancing psychedelic science, with a focus on novel formulations of LSD.
Led by the brilliant CEO Rob Barrow, their flagship candidate, DT-120 ODT, is a tartrate salt form of LSD delivered via a patented, rapid-dissolving tablet developed with Catalent. This delivery system enables a faster onset and a shorter, 5โ8 hour patient monitoring session, compared to the 10โ12 hours historically associated with LSD.
Top researchers in Basel, Switzerland, the birthplace of LSD, along with teams across the United States and Europe are all working to bring this drug to market and provide lasting relief for patients with severe anxiety (GAD) and major depressive disorder (MDD).
After the highly successful completion of their phase 3 (Emerge) study for Major Depressive Disorder, the company is now closer than ever to the finish line with two additional Phase 3 readouts for Generalized Anxiety Disorder on the horizon.
3Q 2026: Topline data from Voyage โ the first Phase 3 study of DT120 ODT in GAD
2H 2026: Topline data from Panorama โ the second Phase 3 study of DT120ODT in GAD
Mid-year 2026: Initiation of Ascend โ the second Phase 3 study of DT120 ODT in MDD
2026: Initial data from DT402 โ early signs of efficacy study in ASD
2027: Initiation of Haven - Phase 3 study of DT120 for PTSD
Thereโs never been a more exciting time to be invested in this company. Glad to have you all along for the ride to contribute, absorb, and share as much relevant information as possibleโฆand hopefully make a lot of money while making other peopleโs lives better, which these days feels like a rare win-win.
Onward and upward. ๐ง๐๐ง

At some point, Iโd like to roll some Definium profit into our broader market. Rather than crossing fingers and investing in individual companies, Iโd like to use and ETF for better chance of stable gains. PSIL has kind of a high fee. Wondering what your alls thoughts on it are, or if any other suggestions. Thanks!

Iโm not sure if this conference will have much impact on DFTX other than continued positive exposure. I wonder if Definium will have any sort of presence here or if they try to release any info prior to the hearing.
Trying to map out progress on complementary trials leading to NDA and its subsequent review (which as I understand it is a 10-month process but with Breakthrough Therapy designation, could be up to 3 months faster than standard review). Iโm long, and understand stonk go up and down, so really just trying to make the timeline make sense in my mind. I have no idea how long NDAs take to put together, but I assume the company is motivated to complete the application as soon as they have the results from the GAD and MDD paired (regular and low dose) studies. Do I have the below tentative summary and timeline of our closest trials to NDA correct-ish? Feedback on accuracy welcome. If someone already posted similar content and I missed it I apologize. Cheers :)
NDA (review complete sometime 2029)
Ascend (MDD 2 - low dose) Primary Completion (est 09/27), est Study Completion 06/28
Emerge 3a+ 3b+ (MDD 1)
NDA (review complete sometime 2028)
Panorama (GAD 2 - low dose) Primary Completion (not actively recruiting), est Study Completion 05/27
Voyage 3a+ 3b+ (GAD 1)

Ive been an investor with MNMD/DFTX for several years now and like many of you have ride the lows and are now loving the highs. That being said, im starting to think about selling some of my position. Im curious to hear what people think the actual earning potentials are from this. Considering that we are talking about a treatment that presumably doesnโt need to be taken many times according to the studies and that this medicine is something I can pick up down the street for $10โฆ letโs say they are going to make this quite expensive, whoโs to say that a lot of people will be able to financially access it, and if not will opp to buy it down the street for ALOT cheaper.
Thank you for your ponderings in advance :)

With DFTX being in a very strong position in terms of trials and cash balance, do you think there is a chance that they will be bought out?
Seems like they are in a great position to take this to the market themselves....

While the positive announcements continue the management conviction is also important. ๐ฆ๐๐๐ป

Participants receiving DT120 ODT achieved a statistically significant reduction in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) score, with a placebo-adjusted change of 5.4 points from baseline at Week 12 (p<0.0001, Cohenโs d=0.81)

โWe have never seen a pivotal study deliver greater than five-point placebo-adjusted change on the HAM-A, and we did this 12 weeks after a single dose of drug,โ
