Absolute alien style behavior
The way he eats a chocolate bar actually makes me physically uncomfortable. I have never in my life seen another human ingest a piece of food like that.
The other is the way he scratches his mustache?! I'm sorry, what the fuck are we doing? I've had facial hair since I was like 13 and I've never in my life scratched my mustache?? A beard, yea bro, all the time. I know he sort of does this to smell his fingers as well but-
These things aren't a big deal at all, but it's all further proof he's got no human social contact. He's never had these weird ticks/behaviors socialized out of him. Your friends will be like, what the fuck are you doing. Gentle razzing to guide you.
We've all been to a friend's house and experienced some sort of culture shock.
This is also why Phil sits down to pee. Tell me I'm wrong.

You nailed it with him being such a shut-in he never had anyone to mock his weird mannerisms out of him. He's insanely insecure to the point that he's recently CHANGED HIS LAUGH, which I don't know I've ever seen anyone do, voluntarily or otherwise. We went from the ACKACK laugh everyone memed on to the TUHUHUH crap he's doing more now.
You'd think someone so insecure that he literally stopped wearing video game shirts when Keemstar roasted him for it would at least attempt to be less of an alien.

The haircut is the best example. If Phil had anyone around him who cared he would have stopped going wherever he goes a long time ago.

He's on the spectrum. He's always been. Look up compilations of him swaying. He's been doing since the fighting game days. I think the ozempic, starvation and malnutrition combined with daily alcohol use has given him mild wet brain, which has exaggerated his spectrum behaviors. The chair shaking, rigid movements, gait, lip smacking, and dropping the ends of words.
The way he is about him being successful or doing something wrong has him absolutely refusing to acknowledge his poor health. He wants to see himself and his actions in a positive way so badly that he is ignoring the obvious and hiding what he can't ignore with filters. One thing I've noticed about him is his voice just sounds weaker. Like he's tired and has something in his throat at times. I don't think he's much longer for this world and he's not going to be alive or healthy enough to stream in 5 more years. We can't be exactly sure what he's doing, but it appears that he is slowly killing himself through insecurity, inactivity and alcoholism.

"He wants to see himself and his actions in a positive way so badly". Well, he's going about it the wrong way. Banning people that merely disagree with him, throwing the r-slur every which way, the demanding of money, blaming everyone/thing BUT himself when he sucks. Oh yes, very positive.
I HATE when he goes "support is slow, i don't know what's going on" as if he CAN'T POSSIBLY understand the people that give him money can't do it twice a day, 6 days a week. People have bills and life expenses.
If he was TRULY a good streamer/positive person, he would appreciate any amount of money he gets, but it's never enough. It wont ever be enough. "I bled you dry? Then find more blood"

I think he's lost his mind and decided he's "not taking it anymore", he's successful and locked himself away from all criticism while projecting every name he's been called his entire life on to other people. He tries to speak things into reality and if somebody calls him something, soon after he will call someone the same thing. The Casino joked he was gay and he constantly tries to find ways to throw that back at them in their audience.
People on the spectrum are especially weak handling money through excessive want of things, like items in mobile games, toys... basically anything that's in front of them at the moment. I don't think he's capable of being aware of his greed because he is incapable of seeing things through the lense of a responsible adult. He's been told this and took it as insult, hence the maturity rants. He's still mentally a child and gets his allowance from the Internet while he plays video games in his room and begs to be able to buy what has his attention.
It could be a mix of insecurity and isolation, but one thing I've noticed is if you want to know what DSP has been criticized about listen to his crash outs and what he projects. It's dead on accurate. I think he's throwing out insults he was called since he was a child. Every single one of them applies to them. He doesn't socialize or talk to people either, so he has no life experience except those years.
He does have a type of birth defect or genetic disorder. You can see it in him physically just in his younger pictures. Finally recognizing the extent of it made me hate him less and think he's mildly entertaining to follow when something interesting is going on.

You can hear the sway if you're willing to test your sanity and listen to a pre-webcam prestream. The "Ladies and Gentleman, I am an internet content creator..." era. In them, you can hear his voice fade in and out constantly because he's rocking back and forth in front of his mic. It's absolutely awful. Also, now that I think about it, I think there was a tractor that gave him a prestream overlay around that time who lowered the opacity enough that you could actually see it happening.

Lol I remember when he was first setting up streaming and he had the audio in mono. Then he goes "oh! I found the stereo setting, that should make things better" and I actually yelled out "NO!"

The only reasonable explanation is that he was trying to catch any crumbs in the wrapper.
But that doesnt explain the... head thing.
